What you will be doing: You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.To ensure that mise en place is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide an efficient service.To ensure a full knowledge of the menu and wine list in order to respond or amend guests requests to their full satisfaction.To greet guests and establish rapport in order to ensure guest satisfaction.To ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and in appropriate order at all times.To ensure all dishes are presented in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications.To deliver service according to hotel standards and guest requirements in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner. Qualifications
Requirements Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in premium hospitality brands.Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result oriented and highly self motivated.Professional, service oriented, eager to help coworkers, adaptable to changes.Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations.High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel.Knowledge and experience of F&B operation.Knowledge of MS office programs and Micros POS system.Proficiency in English and Turkish.High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task.Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule.Superior communication skills.
