Export Sales Coordinator

Are you experienced in export sales product support and logistics coordination? Are you looking to take the lead on international sales shipments while being part of a close-knit team? This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact on their export operations, with room to grow and develop within the business. You'll play a central role in managing the export sales and logistics process, ensuring a smooth flow from the initial sales enquiry, orders through to shipment and documentation. Reporting to the COO, you'll take charge of export orders and product enquiries, coordinating shipments (primarily from China, with some from New Zealand to the Pacific Islands) and supporting customers. You'll manage claims, warranties, invoices and credit notes to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role also involves close collaboration with the team to monitor sales, identify customer opportunities, and prepare sales forecasts. You'll plan shipping and production schedules, review pricing, and manage customs issues for exports, especially to the USA. Who are you?You're ideally experienced in export sales support and logistics coordination, with a background in international freight forwarding or similar export environment. This role requires someone versatile, self-motivated, and able to manage time and tasks independently.
