Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage export shipments of perishable goods via air freightLiaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth operationsEnsure all shipments comply with regulatory requirements and documentation is accurateMonitor shipment status, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery to destinationsManage temperature-controlled logistics and ensure the quality of perishables during transitMaintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer servicePrepare and process necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and airwaybillsWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations What We're Looking For: Previous experience in air freight logistics, preferably with perishablesStrong understanding of export regulations and customs requirementsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneouslyAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholdersAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of temperature-controlled logistics is a plus Apply Now!
