About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahiReporting into our Export Documentation Manager within our Global Supply Chain team, we are looking for an Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team. Our Export Documentation Coordinators are critical members of the Fonterra Trade Documentation Centre team ensuring the necessary trade documents are processed in a timely manner for the export clearance of every order.
This is a 12 month- Fixed Term opportunity. Your key accountabilities in this role will include:
Processing – processing and obtaining timely export government clearances for export sales and trade docs with world class customer value management.Compliance - working with internal teams as well as various third-party authorities to ensure documentation is processed within international codes of practice and standards, country requirements, sales contracts and Fonterra policies and business rules.Strategy - understanding the vision, strategies and maturity map or journey to the future. Engaging with customers and assisting with strategic e-trade data and automated solutions.This role is based in our Auckland (Fanshawe St) office where you will join a motivated team. You will get exposure to new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Machine Learning to process timely and accurate export documentation.

Other relevant skills and experience include:
