Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting and plastering, including sanding, filling cracks, and applying primerApply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces according to specificationsMeasure, cut, and hang wallpaper with precision and attention to detail.Perform plastering tasks, including applying plaster, smoothing surfaces, and repairing cracks and holesEnsure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and clients Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a painter and gib plastererProficiency in both painting and plastering techniquesStrong attention to detail and quality craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation, including a valid driver's license and own vehicleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHonesty, punctuality, and reliabilityClean drug, alcohol and criminal history Great advantage if you have experience with airless spraying and/or interior gib plastering.
