Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) With a history spanning 94 years, seven store locations nationwide & three growing sites, Oderings is a 100% New Zealand privately owned family business of six generations that employs over 150 staff nationwide. We grow great quality plants and give helpful advice and service through our retail stores. The office team's job is to support the company with accurate, on-time financial information. Oderings is an excellent workplace because everyone matters, and our staff are an extension of the family.This busy role requires an experienced accounts administrator to achieve accurate accounting support for our nationwide company. The office team is small and busy, and all team members operate across various tasks.Tasks & responsibilitiesThis role is varied, and you won't get bored. You will have extensive knowledge of Excel, payroll and accounting software. Knowledge of Infusion is an advantage. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential; you must have fantastic communication skills, excellent time management skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
