This is a varied job in a supportive and successful team.The successful candidate would have the following attributes:Strong facilitation and people skillsA passion to help people achieve their goals and financial independenceAbility to work as part of a whanau/teamStrong computer literacy and administration skillsOpen and honest communication skillsAble to work unsupervised and go the extra mileAbility to be flexible and responsive to the organisation's needsClean drivers licence (preferably full class 1)Industry Experience in Community Health and/or WellbeingFoundation Education Tutoring Qualifications would be preferred including 4098, but training will be given.
