Experienced Estimator

My client requires the service of an Experienced Estimator to join their team, It is a fast paced estimating service for a wide variety of building projects, from new single level houses through to multi-level architectural buildings. The role will involve estimating quantities for all building materials including frames, trusses, loose timber, structural steel and hardware. To be successful in the role it is essential that you have the following

An eye for detail
Good Mathematical ability
Experience with Excel spreadsheets
An understanding of residential construction and NZS 3604
Able to work in a team

Hours will be Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm
