This position is full-time permanent, and the successful candidate will be based from our ABC Profiles site in Tauranga.
RequirementsThis role will suit a hands-on person who has a problem-solving mindset and good attention to detail. You will enjoy working with equipment/machinery and possess good mathematical ability. Responsibilities include:
Programming and setup of the machine.Monitoring the workflow of the machine and identifying and reporting any issues.We require operators to have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with CNC Laser/Plasma in a manufacturing capacity.

ReliableAble to work overtime when required (plenty of overtime available)Available for night shifts Mon - Thu 2-12.30 pm (4 x 10 hour days)Possess a full class 1 license and transport to and from workExperienced with Gantry Crane operationIntermediate level ability with documentation completionAble to work unsupervisedAble to prioritize work and meet deadlinesBasic to medium computer skillsRole is available for an immediate start, and as part of the recruitment process, we will conduct a pre-employment drug screen.
