Are you an experienced Financial Adviser?
who specialises in Life, Disability & Health Insurance, looking for a new home with our longstanding and growing team in the Southland/Otago region, to help us grow our client offering?

Connection: we create meaningful connections with our people, our clients and our community Compassion: we place our client's needs at the heart of everything we do Commitment: we are committed to delivering great outcomes for our clients Community: we live here too and are proud to be connected to our communities What we expect from you: In the senior Adviser role, your key duties and responsibilities will be: Reviewing existing clients' advice offering to ensure it is fit for purpose Seek opportunities to provide better solutions that meet our clients' changing needs Introducing new clients to our business Provide referrals to other lines of business to enhance the client offering Share your knowledge and peer review advice with advisers new to the industry to assist with their learning Represent our business at Industry events Enjoy being part of a high performing team and lead by example with your performance and behaviour What we offer: Competitive base salary plus commission Access to an existing nationwide client base Employee benefits: Health & Life Insurance; KiwiSaver; Anniversary Day In house adviser support so you can focus on what you enjoy: the client and helping them to succeed financially Open plan work environment with good banter What you bring to the table: 3+ years' experience providing financial advice for life and health Insurance Initiative and are a self-starter.
Evidence of compliant advice delivered consistently No upheld complaints Ability to build and maintain relationships within a team Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, provider portals and TAP CRM (optional) A sense of humour.
