Our dynamic team is dedicated to pushing boundaries and achieving remarkable results.The role: You will work closely with our CEO, playing a crucial role in delivering monthly sales targets, high-level strategic projects, supporting customer activities – and everything in between.What you'll do:Collaborate directly with our CEO to drive sales strategy and operational excellence.Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets through budget reviews, forecasting, and sales tracking.Stand in for our CEO to lead team meetings, present to buyers, and ensure follow-ups on all outputs.Become a daily liaison person with the customer facing team.Engage cross-functionally with design, operations, and field teams to foster collaboration and innovation.Assist in developing Joint Business Plans (JBP) and oversee various exciting projects.Your work will intersect with all areas of our business including design, operations, sales, and our field teams.Who we're looking for: We need a unicorn!
