Your role will involve collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to drive progress, manage risks, and align with our business priorities, ensuring that every project phase meets our time, cost, scope, and quality expectations.In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of the program, managing complex business and technology activities to achieve high-impact outcomes. You'll define and monitor program scope, establish clear program plans, and ensure robust governance practices are in place to proactively manage risks and issues. Additionally, you'll foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide transparent reporting to senior leadership, and build a motivated, high-performing delivery team.This is a permanent position based in Australia and New Zealand (Auckland).You bring extensive experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs within complex, high-stakes environments, ideally with budgets exceeding $50 million.• Your strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget demonstrates your exceptional project management skills.• You'll excel in guiding cross-functional teams through agile methodologies, underpinned by a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.• With a keen eye on emerging technologies and industry trends, you're passionate about driving innovation and digital transformation.• Your experience in technology transformation, particularly with Guidewire, will be crucial for managing this program.• Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree would be an advantage.Applications close on Thursday, 28 November 2024 at 23:59pm.IAG is the largest general insurance group in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.
