Job Description You will be responsible for:
Manage the day to day operation; leading and supervising a large team of Room Attendants to achieve our high standards of cleanliness and luxury.Deliver daily briefings with the Room Attendant team, highlighting VIPs and setting daily initiatives.Enhance your attention to detail to help drive cleanliness and presentation results.Develop your communication skills and liaise with other departments in the hotel, helping to deliver smooth service to all guests.Inspect guest rooms, focusing on providing unique and magical moments for our guests.Coach Room Attendants throughout the daily operation, providing feedback to enhance the quality of their work.Work in tandem with our in-house laundry team to ensure the operation runs effectively and efficiently.Responsible for recruiting the best new talent for our Housekeeping team.Nurture, support, and guide your team allowing them to grow and develop.Ensure all equipment is in good working order and arrange repairs where necessary.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
Relevant experience for 3-5 years in a similar role.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Highly responsible & reliable.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Strong focus and passion for hotel operations.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera. Additional Information Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred.
Additional languages are a plus.
