The ideal candidate has the ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs to ensure smooth operation of our growing technology organization. Remo Health develops a new standard of dementia care, providing an expert clinical team designed to deliver personalized comprehensive care to patients and their families. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year. The candidate must provide comprehensive administrative support, including creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.
Qualifications for Executive Coordinator:
Must have at least 4 years of executive assistant experience.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Must have the ability to create, maintain, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Provide organizational support for correspondence, reporting, and coordination of recurring status.
Responsibilities for Executive Coordinator:
Facilitate internal communication within the technology organization.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
