The role:
CBHS are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide support to the Headmaster. This is a dynamic environment where your intuition and pro-active approach will see you thrive in this fast-paced, varied and supportive role. This is a pivotal role to the success of CBHS.
A little more about the role:
Create an open, collaborative and supportive working relationship with the Headmaster, Senior Leadership Team, staff, students and key stakeholders.
Provide high level administrative support to the Headmaster including assistance with the preparation of board reports, HR and strategic planning.
Provide the first point of contact for the media.
Prepare school communications and promotions, including social media.
Assist with Health, Safety and Wellbeing coordination and documentation.
A little more about you:
Previous experience in an EA role within a fast-paced environment; sector knowledge is not essential.
Professional style and strong relationship builder.
Strong communication and relationship building skills with a genuine care for the students.
Proven strong computer and technology skills including the Microsoft Suite.
Calm and organised with a curious, innovative approach to your work.
Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with initiative.
Emotionally intelligent, strategic problem solver who can both support and challenge when required.
Ability to be discrete and professional with sensitive and confidential information.
