As the Executive Assistant for the DCE Enterprise Services, you'll provide essential administrative support to the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) and Enterprise Services Leadership Team. You'll be responsible for organising the DCE's schedule, ensuring smooth operations in the office, and assisting in the delivery of key projects and events.
This is a great role for someone who is highly organised, has strong communication skills, and is ready to develop professionally.
The salary band for this role is $75,337 - $83,752
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the DCE's diary, coordinating meetings, travel, and events.
Ensure the DCE is fully prepared for all meetings, with relevant documentation and information.
Organise team meetings, take minutes, and help track action points.
Develop and improve systems and processes to keep the office running efficiently.
Assist with group events and provide support to the wider Enterprise Services Group when needed.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks.
