We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to deliver exceptional assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, along with light touch support for one to two other Executives. You will be part of a prominent organisation with a solid long term strategic plan, led by a strong, passionate leadership team. They are committed to delivering fast, simple, and efficient services and leveraging digital solutions to enhance the customer experience.This CEO operates out of New Zealand, however, will travel overseas on a regular basis. You will be offering support and preparation for AGMs and Board meetings, and results announcements, as well as supporting meetings with potential investors. The successful incumbent will also take full management of the CEO's diary and travel arrangements and offer assistance with financial reporting using Excel; and potentially even assist with research and analysis.This CEO also believes strongly in having a good work-life balance and prioritising family, whilst working hard to achieve goals. The CEO has a great sense of humour and is incredibly humble and well-liked.In this role, you'll tackle a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same. You'll take charge of each day, providing unwavering support to the CEO and their small leadership team, instilling confidence in your abilities. You will be highly organised, have strong relationship-building skills, and have a diplomatic and professional approach to staff.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other executives, including managing emails, calendars, and travel arrangements.Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and hospitality with both internal and external parties.Contribute to various projects as needed, including assisting with the preparation of presentations.Format and proofread documents and correspondence, utilising Excel for spreadsheet creation.Liaise with Directors and key stakeholders as required.Assist in the preparation of Board Papers and support communication management.Ensure all compliance and confidentiality requirements are met.Requirements:Experience as an Executive Assistant who has supported executive level (CEO or CFO).Some experience working with financial reports would be advantageous.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet daily deadlines.
