We're a dynamic team of 25 visionaries (and counting!), each contributing to our rapid expansion in the global EV charging industry.What You'll Do: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO & CTO at Kwetta, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the smooth operation of the executives in the Napier office, enabling our leaders to focus on driving business growth and innovation.Independently manage key administrative tasks such as overseeing calendars, coordinating travel, and managing email support.Draft and review reports, presentations, and other documentation.Coordinate meetings and events, handling all logistics including setting agendas, booking venues, and taking minutes.Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open communication.Manage sensitive information discreetly, ensuring a professional and secure environment.Provide general support wherever needed, balancing multiple priorities to contribute to overall office efficiency.What You'll Bring: At least 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, supporting senior leaders and managing complex responsibilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
