We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) in a role that combines high-level administrative support with a personable and engaging approach. This is a key opportunity to work in an easy-going yet professional environment with a welcoming and collaborative team.
Key Details: Start date: Monday, 13th or 14th January 2025 (handover included)End date: 14th March. There is an opportunity to apply for a permanent role after this time.Competitive hourly rateRole Overview: The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos, helping an occasionally disorganized but highly capable DCE stay on top of priorities. They will thrive in an environment where humor and positivity are valued, and will ensure that processes, such as diary and inbox management, continue to run smoothly.
This role offers the chance to work in a supportive and easy-going team while playing a key role in ensuring the DCE's day-to-day operations are seamless. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong administrative skills with a personable and adaptable approach.

Attributes Required: Organizational Expertise: Proficient in calendar and diary management, with the ability to streamline scheduling and ensure the DCE is fully prepared for all commitments.Inbox Management: Establish and maintain structure in the DCE's inbox, prioritizing tasks and ensuring key actions are addressed promptly.Document Coordination: Manage papers requiring submission to the Chief Executive's office or the board. Organize folders for review, track deadlines, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time.Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of the DCE, bringing structure to their workday and providing reminders for meetings, tasks, and deadlines.Interpersonal Skills: Bring a sense of humor and friendly banter to the role, creating a positive and engaging dynamic with the DCE while keeping them on track.Team Fit: Be approachable and collaborative, contributing to a team environment that is supportive, welcoming, and focused on shared success.Sounds like you?
