As the region undergoes significant growth and development, you'll have the chance to engage in diverse activities while supporting two dedicated executives who are truly passionate about making a positive impact in our community.Join our supportive and tight-knit organisation!Supportive team culture, excellent leadership, and a range of well-being initiatives.Full-time role, based in Mangawhai.About the opportunity:This is a busy, interesting and varied role providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to two supportive and collaborative General Managers who are based across our Mangawhai and Dargaville offices.Day-to-day you will:Provide administrative and information management support to the GM's including drafting correspondence and coordinating the timely preparation of reportsOrganise meetings, coordinate associated meeting papers, take minutes and follow up on action pointsProvide budgeting and financial supportManage the General Managers calendars and inbox and organise travel and accommodationMaintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholdersUndertake special projects to support the General Managers where required.About you:It goes without saying that you will be self-managing, efficient and detailed, with exceptional organisation skills, loads of initiative, and equal measure of resilience, warmth and good humour.
