About the Role As the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel & EGM External Relations, you'll provide high-level support and coordination to ensure the EGM's office is running smoothly and efficiently. Your work will involve complex diary and inbox management, proactive planning of travel, preparation and coordination of reporting and documentation, and logistical and administrative support for the regular IAG NZ Board rhythms.

5+ years previous Executive Assistant experience in a large corporation.Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Previous experience supporting a General Counsel will be advantageous.Flexible in work approach to effectively manage shifting workloads.Applications Close on 13TH Dec 2024 About Us For over 160 years, NZI Insurance has been protecting Kiwi businesses around New Zealand.
