Hybrid EA position based at Sale Street Office - 2 days from home.Supporting an energetic and dynamic Executive Leadership team.Collaborate with an amazing EA team!If you enjoy working in a great location, with like-minded people who bring energy and ideas to work, this will be a perfect match for you! You'll relish the teamwork and enjoy the down-to-earth and genuine way that we all work together, bringing our whole selves to work each day.
What you'll be doing: Provide administrative support to two Executives, confidentially and proactively managing emails and calendars, expense claims, and other support.Involvement in reports, presentations, committee papers, and board paper input.Preparing agendas and taking minutes in a timely manner.Expertly support meeting, event, travel, and accommodation needs, including team offsites and planning days.Support the leadership teams by providing organisational event support including setup and coordination of project meetings and workshops.Provide support on project initiatives and the coordination of our strategy and operating plan.Working with the full Microsoft suite in an agile MS Teams environment.A bit about you: Supported an Exec team within a large corporate business.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Resilient and calm under pressure when problems need to be solved.Professionally presented to support our Execs.Enjoy working collaboratively and being an integral part of a team.Why you'll love working with us: We have an inclusive and supportive environment and believe every voice matters.
