PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)
Opportunity to add value to a tight-knit yet growing organisation, and work with executive level clients.

We're seeking a Temporary PA/EA to support this team working in a professional yet relaxed environment. This role also includes elements of recruitment support and office management, making it a varied and engaging position for any PA who has an interest and passion in liaising with key stakeholders and external clients.

You'll be someone who can handle a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining an efficient workflow and will be the support backbone of the team. If you have a strong background in administrative support and are looking for a role that could lead to a permanent position, we'd like to hear from you. Experience supporting Directors in a PA/EA capacity is essential, but you'll also be open minded about learning more about the recruitment process.

To be considered, you will be available to start immediately for a duration of roughly 4-6 weeks, with an open mind and potential to stay on long term. A mix of office and WFH available.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executive team
Assist with recruitment including candidate screening and interview scheduling
Diary management
Travel arrangements
Testing management; dispatching testing and follow up of completion
Conducting reference checks
Ad-hoc project work
Oversee day-to-day office operations
General ad-hoc office management duties
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience as a PA/EA or in a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
Availability to start immediately on an ongoing basis, full time
