We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organised Executive Assistant to support one of our top-performing agents.About the Role:As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the agent's business. This is a very busy office-based role that requires excellent computer and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive and friendly manner with clients and colleagues. You will also need to have a proactive approach to marketing and social media and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating client communications, and handling the administrative side of real estate transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate, with the desire to grow alongside a high-achieving agent.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to a high-performing agent, including managing their calendar, emails, and client communications.Prepare and manage listing presentations, vendor reporting, contracts, submission documents, and other documentation related to real estate transactions.Coordinate property marketing activities, including photography, online listings, and social media promotions.Assist with client follow-ups, ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.Maintain and update the agent's client database, ensuring accurate records and ongoing client engagement.Assist in managing the agent's social media presence and online marketing campaigns.Use a CRM system to manage campaigns.Ensure material is prepared for open homes.Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly.About You:Previous experience in a similar EA role, within the real estate industry.A current salesperson's license is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with real estate CRM systems.A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a desire to support a top-performing agent.Ability to work independently.Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.A professional and friendly manner with clients and colleagues.What We Offer:The opportunity to work alongside a high-achieving real estate professional within a leading brand.A dynamic and supportive team environment with a focus on professional growth.Competitive salary and potential for performance-based incentives.Access to ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.Access to our on-site gym.The backing of the prestigious Ray White and A T Realty brand provides excellent career opportunities.If you are an organised and motivated individual looking to take your real estate career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
