About the role As our People & Capability Executive Assistant, you'll work closely with our GM of People & Capability providing phenomenal administrative and secretariat support. Writing will come naturally to you as you prepare, edit, and format documents and reports, keeping an eye out for any missing details. This is a unique role where you'll attend board and committee meetings alongside our GM People & Capability and support in recording minutes and ensuring meetings are appropriately documented.
About you This role won't be for everyone – a large portion of this role is administrative, so you'll be a whizz on the keyboard and the type of person who finds joy in gathering and writing formal documents. Ideally, you'll also be:
Confident in communicating with leaders from your proven administrative experience
Highly organised and a master multi-tasker
A strong writer with an eagle eye for detail
Cool, calm, and collected – a busy day won't phase you
Flexible – as plans and schedules change, you'll have no trouble adapting your game plan to suit
Curious and keen to keep learning!
