In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in providing top-notch executive-level administrative support services to the Deputy Secretary. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of secretarial and personal assistance duties, ensuring the seamless operation of the office and supporting the strategic objectives of our organization. Full time, permanent position The salary range for this role is $59,370 to $89,054. Starting salary will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role. Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills and experiences that are essential for success in the role of an Executive Assistant: Proven experience in a similar role supporting a senior leader of a corporate, government or similar environment. Good written and oral communication skills which can be effective in a variety of informal and formal settings. Proven experience in exercising judgement in difficult situations with the ability to proactively resolve issues effectively. Understanding of the machinery of government and public sector procurement processes. Good relationship and stakeholder engagement and management skills. Why join us?
