This role is based in an excellent CBD location close to the train station for an easy commute.The roleThis is a newly created role for an essential new part of the team to provide the needed support to the managing director. Ideal for a professional, highly organized and scheduled person who enjoys keeping everything in order and has a great understanding of priorities. The day-to-day duties may include some general office tasks but will focus primarily on assisting the managing director with their planning, scheduling, prioritization, calls, email, occasional invoices, and client management/interaction.Answering calls and emailsInteracting with clientsScheduling for the Managing DirectorPrioritizing work/tasks/clientsAssisting with project coordinationSkills and ExperienceExcellent professional phone and email communicationComfortable and confident interacting with clientsExcellent time management and prioritization systems and experienceExperience as a PA to the Managing Director or CFO or in the accountancy industry would be idealEfficient in typing and task management, a get it done attitudeFirm and confident, able to make decisions and be autonomous while keeping the managing director on trackAdaptable and able to prioritize tasks and clientsAbility to understand the customers and their needs from the businessSkilled in Xero XPM, FYI Docs, Dashboard Insights, Electronic signatures, and Office 365 products particularly calendarKeen to learn to produce webinar/virtual meeting visual materialsExcellent computer and typing skillsAll applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.Does this sound like you?
