Job Description This is a remote position.
Job Description for Executive Assistant
Responsibilities :

Create and manage Asbestos Removal Control Plans (ARCPs) and Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) based on provided templates

Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily business operations

Learn and adapt to industry-specific processes and documentation requirements

Coordinate communication between the business owner, employees, and external parties

Help manage schedules and prioritize tasks for the business owner

Requirements :

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent software

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new industry-specific tasks
Scope :

Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm New Zealand

Remote work, collaborating closely with the business owner

Potential involvement in basic bookkeeping tasks, depending on skills and business needs

Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on various administrative duties as required
