Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time Salary: $80-90K per annum + $150 monthly for Snapper The opportunity: Join this private sector company who are a specialist consultancy firm.
Your role will see you support two Directors and the wider team.
You will lead a variety of office operations and support with aspects relating to finance, Board support and team administration.
Some of your key tasks: Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff Support your Executives with inbox and diary management Coordinate meetings, client events and as required, quarterly Board meetings Arrange travel bookings and accommodation Process accounts administration and finance tasks using Xero Contribute to the development of social media and maintenance of the website Manage and order office supplies and oversee office maintenance Champion online tools, systems, and resources to support the team Update, develop and maintain business systems and processes Provide general business administration support to the team What's on offer: You'll work amongst a great team who will continue to grow.
You will have involvement in a range of tasks, where you get the chance to work with the business owners and make suggestions on new ideas and improvements.
Further to this, they offer a $150 monthly contribution for public transport (Snapper).

You will be someone who is professional, client focused and can anticipate your Directors' needs to manage tasks seamlessly.
