The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for any member of staff wishing to fill the position of Executive Assistant at the Forum Secretariat.
Reporting to the Deputy Secretary General, the incumbent will be responsible for providing timely and efficient secretarial, administration, and executive support services to the Deputy Secretary General and Senior Management as directed.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Information Management & Secretarial Support to the Deputy Secretary General; Executive Time / Diary Management Support; HR Business Partner (Executive Team); Administrative Support; Public Relations on behalf of the Office of Deputy Secretary General.
We are looking for candidates with a relevant tertiary qualification (minimum diploma) in office administration or related discipline, with five years of work experience in a similar position.
Candidates who have more than five years of work experience in a similar organisation will have an advantage.
Candidates must demonstrate exceptionally good oral and written communication skills with excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
The candidate must be creative and have high-level interpersonal skills.
The Benefits The appointment carries a competitive remuneration and benefits package including medical and life insurance.
The starting salary is at FJD31,833 per annum.
