Excavator/Shredder Operator

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client based in Hornby is a family-owned metal recycling facility with two South Island branches. This role will be based in their busy Hornby yard.
 
The role will provide a good level of variety as you will be responsible for working across a couple of core operating roles.
This will include:
Operation of a material handler to load and unload customers, shipping containers Supply material to the automotive shredding mill, as well as operating the shredder itself. The position is full time, 44.5 hours per week with rotational Saturday morning work (on a roster basis, approximately every 3 weeks).
