Learn more at EverCommerce.com . About the role Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we've got big goals and are ready to achieve them. This is where you come in! As our Cloud Engineering Manager , you'll mentor and coach your team, while ensuring the Timely and SalonBiz Platforms evolves and grows appropriately in order to support our other Platform and Product Engineering teams. You're passionate about coaching and people management, and have a proven track record of helping teams succeed and making intelligent, strategic and timely decisions on technical advancement. Your team has responsibility for our networks, storage and cloud infrastructure, and delivery platforms that the applications, associated systems and teams rely on. In particular, the scalability, deployment, reliability and security of these systems are key focus areas. Working closely with the Head of Platform Engineering & SVP of Technology, as well as Engineering Managers in other technical areas, you'll build empathetic relationships with stakeholders across the business to inform product direction, scoping, and priority. Who you are You have strong people management and coaching skills. You know how to support and enable your team while also providing opportunities for growth. You're passionate about creating a team environment where people can succeed. A solid understanding of DevOps skills like terraform, software deployment and cloud architecture. You'll have been deeply technical at some point in your career and will have a great framework to be able to coach and guide your team. Experienced in a variety of Cloud Platforms and understand key concepts and how to leverage them. You are comfortable with managing a small team while still doing some technical design and implementation. Why join us?
