In your role as an Events Sales Assistant you will be responsible for: Assist with all aspects of booking tickets and packages, including but not limited to liaising with customers, making bookings, taking payments, booking products and services, creating vouchers.High levels of customer service. We liaise with thousands of people all year round to promote our events and maximise sales. Managing the booking platforms such as IWannaticket, Shopify, WRM.Helping in the Snow Machine store in the lead up to the event, answering questions, selling tickets, promoting the event.Assisting with the set up, execution and pack down of various aspects of the event.What Will You Bring to Us?
