And we're on the lookout for an Events and Partnership Marketing Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, executing, and managing our B2B events and partnership initiatives.
The Role Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and coordinate various events and campaigns, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and trade shows.Develop compelling event content, presentations, and collateral materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Execute promotional strategies to drive reach, attendance, and engagement for events, leveraging multiple channels such as social media, email newsletters, and partner networks.Support the partnerships team by developing and implementing marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships.Measure event success through key performance metrics and analyse data to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.Develop post-event follow-up strategies to nurture leads and track their progression through the sales funnel.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align event objectives with broader business goals.Requirements: 1-3 years of Events Marketing and/or Partner Marketing experience.Proficiency in marketing technology such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.Dedication to continuous improvement and optimization, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.Life at Starshipit Our people are what make us great, and our culture is something we're especially proud of.
