The Direct Marketing Manager - Loyalty is pivotal in helping achieve our ambitions. What you'll bring: Loyalty Strategy As a seasoned loyalty marketer, you'll bring a depth of knowledge in all aspects of loyalty, from pricing models, partnership strategy and segmentation. You'll embed Sky's purpose and vision ensuring our loyalty programme is authentic, meaningful and undeniably Sky. You have a keen eye for data and how to leverage NPS, CSAT and commercial data to create a successful loyalty approach. We're looking for a performance focused direct marketer, who can operationalise a loyalty strategy through highly relevant omni-channel marketing, leveraging personalisation opportunities. You will have a strong command of direct marketing best practice and how to delight throughout the customer lifecycle. We're looking for a Direct Marketing subject matter expert who sees the bigger picture and thinks strategically to achieve results. The role requires a deep understanding of Sky's business, marketing and customer strategy, and the ability to translate this into strategic initiatives that deliver revenue outcomes. The role holder is Sky's loyalty subject matter expert, and requires a senior marketer able to influence at all levels of the organisation including Executive.
