You will be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and executing events and engagement activities for the purpose of student recruitment, student retention, stakeholder engagement, as well as providing conference support. You will manage and facilitate the end-to-end delivery of events, including sponsorship events. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners and vendors, manage expectations, and ensure everyone is committed to the event objectives, attendee experience, and delivery outcomes.Mou | Who You AreYou are an experienced Event Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. It is desirable that you will have at least 3 years of experience in event planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement gained through on-the-job experience and/or a relevant Bachelor's Degree. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and commitment to upholding cultural practices and traditions set you apart. You will have a working knowledge of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in project management software is a plus, and competency in te reo Maori me ona tikanga is highly valued.
