This is a Permanent Full Time position rostered across Monday to Sunday. Here is a chance to demonstrate your leadership skills by delivering impeccable service at various functions: Conferences, Gala Dinners, Concerts and large Sporting Events.
You will be confident in leading staff and ensuring our guests enjoy every occasion. This is a role where you can demonstrate your ability in preparation, attention to detail and delivery of great hospitality.
Supervising the performance of a small team of on-site Catering Assistants whileEnsuring that all tasks associated with food service, beverage services and general customer service are performed with due regard for all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulationsManaging deliveries arriving which would include lifting heavy packagesIf you're our ideal candidate, you will:
