Proudly New Zealand-owned and operated, we offer exceptional Kiwi service and reliable products. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator/Cost Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimations: Assist with the estimating process using CAD software, gather information from suppliers, and update pricing as needed. This role is crucial in supporting daily office operations, managing client communications, and assisting with estimating and costing tasks. Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email, providing timely and professional resolutions while upholding company standards. Tender Support: Aid in tender management by liaising with builders, project managers, and architects, assisting with bid preparations, and handling related administrative tasks. Office Operations: Conduct general administrative duties, maintain office cleanliness, and support team operations to ensure a smooth office environment. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in office administration, estimating, or a similar role is preferred. Experience with CAD software or similar. Proficiency in office software (email, spreadsheets, databases). Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Outstanding communication and customer service abilities. Experience in health and safety management is a plus. Please note: This role does not offer overseas sponsorship.
