If so, Webb's—New Zealand's premier auction house—has the ideal role for you. About Us: At Webb's, we're proud to be at the forefront of New Zealand's auction world. Our Estate department is renowned for offering a diverse range of auctions, including the hugely popular The Estate—our fortnightly offering of design, antiques, decorative arts and art.  Now, we're seeking a dynamic and driven individual to take on the role of Estate Dispatch Coordinator, supporting our Estate team. The Role: As the Estate Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all items purchased through our fortnightly online auction are wrapped, packed, dispatched and delivered in full and on time. This is a critical role working behind the scenes to ensure every customer who purchases a treasure at Webb's receives their item in perfect condition be that via personal pick up or courier delivery. Key Responsibilities: Responding to all client enquiries regarding their pickups and dispatch promptly and professionallyBuilding relationships with external shipping providers and continuously improving the dispatch of sold items every fortnightDispatching items sold in fortnightly and specialist auctions including invoice supportPackaging and handling of smaller goods / stock ensuring complete care is taken and all items arrive at their destination quickly and in perfect conditionEnsure all invoices are accurately produced, paid on time before dispatch and followed up on if necessarySupporting the photography and gallery team as required with heavy liftingAbout You: We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to the table. If you have a passion for all things supply chain and dispatch, and love seeing the results of a well-executed auction, we want to hear from you! What We're Looking For: A solid background in customer services, dispatch, logistics or warehousingStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA love for organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlinesIT savvy across the MS suite and courier interface systems such as VendA hands-on attitude—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed as there is some heaving lifting on occasionThe ability to think on your feet and work collaboratively in a creative and fast-moving environmentA full driving licence is essentialWhy Join Webb's? At Webb's, no two days are the same.
