What You'll Be Doing | Mo te Turanga Come join our People and Performance team, where you'll take a leading role in influencing and managing Employment Relations across the AA. In this position, you will oversee the full spectrum of ER cases, offering expert advice and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and frameworks. By working closely with the team and engaging with leaders at all levels, you'll provide valuable coaching and guidance, enhancing their ability to manage ER issues effectively and uphold best practices.Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to people leaders and employees on employment relations issues. Assist in the resolution of employment disputes and grievances through effective mediation and negotiation. Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of employment agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational objectives. Support the organisation in collective bargaining processes, including negotiation of collective agreements and variations. Develop and deliver training and workshops for people leaders on employment relations topics. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. About You | Mou You'll have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in managing a wide range of ER cases, ideally within a unionised environment. Your strength lies in effective communication with all stakeholders, where you enjoy enhancing their capabilities to achieve effective outcomes.
