We have an exciting leadership position available in our fast-paced Regulatory Team.
Reporting to our Licensing and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the Environmental Health Team.
This is a permanent, full-time role based primarily in our Thames Office.
The team covers a wide range of responsibilities, including registration and verification of food businesses, Food Safety Officer duties, inspection of premises registered under the Health Act 1956, assessing and reporting on alcohol licence applications and manager's certificates, as well as investigating general health nuisances.
The Team Leader takes a leading role in workload management while also undertaking verifications of businesses operating under a template food control plan.
The role also holds the position of Chief Licensing Inspector, so a thorough understanding of requirements for the Alcohol Regulatory & Licensing Authority, as well as the Food Act 2014 and Food Regulations 2015, is essential.
