Partnering with national based customers across the Trade and Industrial sector, in this role you will build and maintain strategic relationships with their head office, to develop and hunt out new opportunities to support those businesses and their various sites across the motu to operate with more ease.
Understanding  how  your customer operates will be key to your success! Provide advice and purposeful solutions within OfficeMax's entire range in order to creatively grow our share of wallet, with value based solutions focusing on growth, retention, and profitability.
Covering solutions that include: Safety products, Coffee needs, Clean and Hygiene ranges, and office products AND 000's more - partner with our internal team of Specialists to develop opportunities so your customers can operate and focus on their BAU.
As our new Enterprise Account Manager, you will:
Be responsible for growth and retention of your customer portfolio
Strategically partner with key decision makers to deliver exceptional value for OfficeMax and our customers
Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed assigned financial targets within customer portfolio
Identify and convert sales, margin, and growth opportunities
Oversees fulfilment of customer contracts and compliance
Formulate and execute business cases for account retention and growth
Respond to RFPs and tender requests, including preparing customer presentations.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong business acumen with the ability to secure commercial contracts
At least 5 years' experience in account management roles
Ability to identify appropriate market opportunities and proven sales success dealing with multilevel strategic decision makers i.e. Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Procurement leads, CFO's, Site managers
Excellent communication and facilitation skills including formal presentations.
Confidence using cloud based CRM tools and office applications.
Previous experience with Trade or Industrial businesses would be an added bonus
