As our new Enterprise Account Manager, you will: Be responsible for growth and retention of your customer portfolioStrategically partner with key decision makers to deliver exceptional value for OfficeMax and our customersBuild and maintain key relationships, ensuring customer satisfactionMeet or exceed assigned financial targets within customer portfolioIdentify and convert sales, margin, and growth opportunitiesOversee fulfilment of customer contracts and complianceFormulate and execute business cases for account retention and growthRespond to RFPs and tender requests, including preparing customer presentations.To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong business acumen with the ability to secure commercial contractsAt least 5 years' experience in account management rolesAbility to identify appropriate market opportunities and proven sales success dealing with multilevel strategic decision makers i.e. Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Procurement leads, Site managersExcellent communication and facilitation skills including formal presentations.Confidence using cloud based CRM tools and office applications.Previous experience with Trade or Industrial businesses would be an added bonusPeople and Culture A business that cares, take your birthday and a wellbeing day off on us!Staff buying ratesHybrid working arrangements with at least three days based in the officeFree parking onsite with a discounted caféGreat people!
