You will offer subject matter expertise to colleagues, Team Leaders, and business partners across the Schools and support services, focusing on positive outcomes for students individually and for identified groups.Please refer to the Position Description for further information about the role.You'll have:An understanding or desire to learn te reo Maori, tikanga Maori, and the values and practices of kaupapa MaoriEvidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environmentsHighly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people, including applicants, students, academic staff, senior management, support centres and external clients. You will also have excellent personal accountability, workflow management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.Ability to analyse and document complex operational solutions, experience in process and continuous improvement is advantageous.Experience in an administration position.High degree of proficiency in Office computing applications including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software such as PowerPoint and email.We might be biased but joining us at Unitec will mean you're committing to a work culture that you'll want to be a part of!
