Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Assist with patient care activities and daily routines Administer medications under supervision and follow treatment plans
Requirements: Diploma of Nursing and current enrollment with AHPRA Experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred) Strong attention to detail and communication skills
