English Teacher

Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher English We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed high school English teacher commencing January 2025.
The ideal candidate will be artistic, creative, a good communicator with positive classroom management skills and the ability to work collegially.
A strong commitment to keeping students at the centre of their work and a willingness to teach and organise programmes in accordance with the special character of the school is essential.
All applicants will have a thorough knowledge of the NZ Curriculum and NCEA.
Class sizes are small and more intimate.
A background in Steiner pedagogy is desirable, but flexibility and a willingness to embrace holistic education is also a key attribute.
Applicants must have current NZ teacher registration.
