Required Skills and Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate profound understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications.
Metal Fabrication: Excel in material selection, cutting, shaping, forming, and joining metals to precise specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive inspections, take precise measurements, and maintain rigorous quality standards.
Equipment Operation: Operate specialized machinery including CNC systems, turret punch presses, and foundry equipment.
Process Control: Monitor and adjust machine settings, temperature controls, and material feed rates for optimal production.
Material Handling: Safely transfer raw materials and finished products using appropriate equipment.
Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
Documentation: Maintain detailed production logs and operational data records.
Safety Compliance: Demonstrate thorough understanding of workplace safety protocols and proper PPE usage.
Team Collaboration: Display effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.
Experience: Must have 3 years relevant experience.

Positions are currently available across multiple regions of New Zealand, including Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland. Workers may be required to travel between these locations as operational needs arise. The employer will cover all necessary travel expenses and accommodation when relocation is required.
