You will keep the wellbeing of people at heart and be totally immersed within the community.Our Employment Coordinator supports clients with health conditions, illness, or disabilities to access support, training and employment opportunities, make career choices, stay employed and become independent. This key role proactively identifies and addresses barriers to employment for people with health conditions and disabilities and facilitates preventative support by contributing to the region's business strategy, plans and initiatives related to health or disability.What you'll be doing | He aha tau e mahi anaThis key role will see you collaborate with Case Managers to identify clients' skills, abilities, and needs and identify approaches to enhance their capabilities including skill training and supported work placements. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate and develop targeted interventions to enable clients to enter the labour market and stay employed.
