We pride ourselves on delivering astute legal advice while maintaining a supportive workplace culture.About the RoleYou will be involved in all aspects of our employment practice, becoming a trusted advisor to clients navigating workplace issues.
Your responsibilities will include:Advising on business workplace strategy, restructuring, and redundancies.Performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, and dismissals.Workplace compliance, including reviewing workplace policies and employment agreements.Dispute resolution, advising on personal grievances and restraints of trade.Appearances at mediations, Tribunals, and before the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.You will work closely with our experienced employment team, under the direct supervision of our employment law specialist, Robbie Bryant.
