You will provide world-class leadership in working collaboratively, internally and externally, to understand employer requirements, future of work indicators and to translate that knowledge to best effect in a tertiary education setting for optimum student employability outcomes. This is a key role in developing an institutional understanding of current employer engagement activities, so as to support and improve what is already being done at UC as well as to initiate new ways of working in collaboration with colleagues and industry.
